PMP has had the pleasure of being involved with the day to day property management for Valais for the last 11 years. Duties Included:
- At PMP’s expense, manager willUtilize PayHOA software
- PMP will contract with HOA accountant
- Prepare monthly meeting agenda
- Take meeting minutes
- Post Minutes to website after review by the Board
- Prepare annual meeting agenda
- Assist BOT with community newsletters
- Update list of preferred vendors
- Provide weekly on sie hours, including weekday office hours
- Keep website updated
- Continue excellent communication with homeowners, Board and assistant property manager
