*24/7 response to emergencies
*Continue to maintain communications with homeowners as primary contact (recommend to reduce BOT email addresses to president only)
*Supervise and delegate duties to Assistant Property Manager
*Send email with up-to-date info to homeowners
*Coordinate with homeowners for Community Center reservations. Collect funds and supervise clean-up
*Manage Owner data base and email distribution
*Update Website Monthly
*Assist and set up Community social events and annual meeting. Notify homeowners of such events
*Make every attempt to satisfy reasonable requests from homeowners in a timely fashion
*Prepare 3 bids whose job is in excess of $5,000
*Negotiate vendor contracts
*Supervise all vendors especially high cost vendors, i.e. Spectrum, Big Red, etc.
